This 19" long strand of natural color "once in a lifetime" Japan Kasumi pearls was chosen and drilled by Fuji himself. A secret long term project he just presented to the group of us! (WOW!) The pearls range in size from 10-14mm and are very well matched. The colors are deep apricot with blush and rosy pink overtones. The surfaces of the pearls are very clean and the luster is also very consistent throughout the strand. It is quite rare to find these shapes (round/near round) from the Japan Kasumi pearl production with such deep colors. This strand took Fuji nearly a decade to match and complete. It was a great moment of joy and awe when he presented us with the finished strand. This strand will make a 21" necklace when it is knotted and finished with a clasp.
