This 20.5" long necklace is made solely of natural color fresh water pearls from Lake Kasumi ga Ura, Japan. The pearls range in size from 10-14mm. (I chose each and every one of these pearls from the winter 2025 harvest with the aim to match their fantastically deep rippled surface). If you are not "transfixed with the layers of nacre glowing with such a rich variety of undertones and wonder" ... please keep scrolling :). The necklace is finished with a solid 14K yellow gold clasp that can be opened on either side. These pearls are more on the mauve spectrum than the prized deep purple colors, but there are some fantastic flashes of deep purple, golden, green, pink, and lavender colors throughout this piece.
