This 30" long , endless necklace is made of natural color Chinese fresh water near round pearls (9-10mm). The pearls have lovely hints of golden and lavender tones. I incorporated some fun elements into this piece: a length of mastadon ivory, a carved jade fish, a gold vermeil filigree bead, and two beads made out of Califonia redwood. When worn long, the jade fish is a perfect counterweight to the mastadon ivory. When worn with a shortener the fish can hang a bit off center. The pearls are hand knotted on a soft light grey thread.
