This 23" long necklace is made of natural color Ikecho keshi pearls from Lake Kasumi ga Ura, Japan. These tiny (2mm) "rice" shape pearls are each hand chosen, hand drilled and hand knotted on "storm" grey color thread. The clasp is a high quality gold vermeil simple hook clasp. This piece plays nicely layered. Light weight and timeless, each pearl is hand chosen, drilled and sorted to create a treasured piece of finite material. Some of the pearls are drilled "short ways" adding some intrigue to this tiny piece.
